62nd Annual AEF Conference: Call for Papers 2025

The Academy of Economics & Finance conference provides a prestigious opportunity for attendees to showcase their latest research, engage with congenial fellow faculty, and learn about the newest trends across the world of economics and finance and teaching pedagogy.
Topics related to economics, finance, and economics/finance education will be considered for presentation so please consider our venue as an outlet for your research.
We also particularly welcome both graduate and undergraduate students to present their research in a supportive & nurturing learning environment, as part of these respective papers competitions

OUR VENUE
This year’s conference will be returning to the majestic Hilton Pensacola Beach at 12 Via De Luna Drive, Pensacola Beach, Florida, 32661. The conference room rate is just $169/night and includes self-parking & complimentary Wi-Fi for meeting and guest accommodation!
Valet parking is also available for an additional $25/night.
OUR CONFERENCE DATES:
Conference Sessions will take place from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 13th, and Friday, February 14th. The Teacher Training Program will be held on Saturday, February 15th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

CONFERENCE FEES (All fees must be paid online using the above submission link):
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received on or before January 10th, 2024, to receive a partial refund. If your abstract was accepted for presentation, $60 of your registration fee is non-refundable. Cancellations received after January 10th, 2024, are not eligible for a refund.

Please consider submitting your research to one of our journals :
If you do not intend to submit an abstract or present a paper you can register as an Observer. Observers will not be listed in the program, but may attend the sessions. The registration fee for Observers is $60 before November 15th and rises to $75 after November 15th, 2022.
If you are a graduate student, intending to submit a paper to the Ph.D. Paper Competition, you should register as a Graduate Student. Presenting coauthors also need to register. The Graduate Student registration fee is $100.
If you are an undergraduate student, intending to compete in the Undergraduate Paper Competition, you should register as an Undergraduate Student. The Undergraduate Student fee is $60.
The Academy of Economics and Finance (AEF) conference continues to provide an opportunity for attendees to showcase their research, engage with fellow faculty, and learn about new trends in the world of economics and finance. Papers and abstracts exploring topics related to Economics, Finance, and Economics/Finance pedagogy will be considered for conference presentation. The conference will take place at the Hilton Pensacola Beach, in Pensacola Florida. Each session will be hosted by an appointed session moderator. If you have experience hosting sessions and you are willing to serve as a moderator, please contact the program chair (programchair@economics-finance.org).
Conference sessions are scheduled on Thursday, February 13th, and Friday, February 14th. The Teacher Training Program will be held on Saturday, February 15th between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
